- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number for this acquisition is MDA113-02-Q-0008. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 (Effective 04 APR 02). The NAICS Code is 512120. This is a sole source requirement for television programming consisting of three programs entitled FBI Files, The (Yr. 3), Special Forces: Untold Stories, and Navy Seals: The Untold Stories, from New Dominion Pictures, with no substitutions in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. License period is three years. This requirement is being purchased for the Armed Forces Radio and Television Service Broadcast Center (AFRTS-BC). Responses to this notice shall be in writing and make reference to this RFP. FAR 52.212-2 applies to this requirement; past performance and price are the only factors to be evalulated. The offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer.
