- Description
- The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Archival File Folders ? Letter and Legal sizes ? acid free, low lignin, 3% minimum alkaline reserve, thickness .010 inches, reinforced top margin on back flap. The contract awarded as a result of this IFB will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The term of the contract will be for a Base Period of twelve (12) months plus four (4) twelve (12) month Option Periods. The requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 322231 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid that will be considered by NARA. Copies of the IFB, which will be available on or about May 20, 2002, may be obtained through the Federal Business Opportunities web site at www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.eps.gov. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. All contractors interested in receiving notification of updates/amendments to the solicitation posted on the EPS are urged to enroll on the web site mailing list for this acquisition. Those Contractors enrolled will be notified automatically of any changes made to the IFB through their e-mail addresses. No telephone, written or fax IFB requests will be accepted. *****
