Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 4,300 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 3,903 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date will be December 1, 2002 or sooner. Lease term: 10 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Within a 4 mile radius of the FLECTC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Center) in Glynco, GA 31524. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 20 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking consisting of 7 surface parking spaces. Space offered should be flex type space with partial office/partial warehouse buildout, including wire mesh and other secure features.
