- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - N1253020115 - TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE FOR CARLSBAD CAVERNS NATIONAL PARK, CARLSBAD, NEW MEXICO. Telecommunications service and support is required to meet current and future telephone and switched data transmission needs at the Carlsbad Caverns National Park visitor center, cave, and maintenance areas, Whites City, NM (served by the 435-785, Whites City exchange). Services to be provided include intra-park voice and switched data traffic with interconnections to FTS2001, the public switched network (PSN) and private networks supporting critical law enforcement, life-safety, dial-up data, point-to-point data, visitor information services, as well as administrative voice traffic.
