- Description
- The Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area in Agoura Hills, CA is seeking the services of a Window Construction Contractor to undertake work that includes removing and replacing all windows with Milgard Brand Low E Dual Pane Vinyl Window with screens or equal. Windows will be Almond in color, except for the Diamond X Ranch Apartment, which will be white in color. Contractor is responsible for disposal of old windows and debris due to construction. All windows will be trimmed and caulked to prevent water or air to penetrate. New window casing will be installed if needed to finish interior or exterior of windows. Windows shall be sliders or single hung windows with screens. All bathroom windows shall be obscured glass. All work will be performed using standard construction practices.
