- NA POC Nancy Dugas, Contract Specialist, AMSAM-AC-SM-T (256842-8283; Ellis Bedwell, Contracting Officer (256)876-4152. This requirement is for a quantity of 1 each of Automated Torque Wrench Calibration System TSD 3000/2050 2.5K. This unit shall be capable of making 0-1000 FT-LB at exceptional accuracies. The contractor is Torque Specialties Division AKO. The Automated Torque Wrench Calibration System was selected as a secondary standard to eliminate human error in the Government accredited torque calibrat ions. Extensive testing from the Air Force has demonstrated the automated torque wrench calibration system is extremely reliable, repeatable and accurate calibration standard. No other known Automated Torque wrench calibration system can satisfy all the above criteria as well as the Torque Specialties device. See Note 22.
