- NA NA It is the intent of the Hawaii Army National Guard to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to TerraGroup Corp, 1003 S. 10th Street, Allentown, PA 18103 for 2 EA MMFFS 3000 and overpack kits. The government has determined that TerraGroup is the only source capable of meeting this requirement. Currently, the MMFFS 2000 is used by HIARNG units. This synopsis is not a Request for Quote/Proposals. Telephonic requests will not be honored and no solicitation will be issued. Absent response to this notice within 15 days, an award will be made to TerraGoup Corp.
