- Combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item. DESCRIPTION AND ATTACHMENT(s): Provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, for the purchase and delivery of 150,000 gallons of propane to be delivered to the F.E. Warren Air Force Base Propane plant tanks. Faxed or telegraph offers will be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. Solicitation F48608-02-Q-0012 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. (FAR Clauses may be found by accessing WEB site at: http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil/ffar1.htm. NAICS Code is 454312 (SIC is 5984). The solicitation is restricted to Small Business. Refer to Attachment 1 for Representations and Certification. Anticipated award date is 20 May 02. Delivery must be complete NLT 01 July 2002. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offer(s)--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. A completed, signed copy to this provision FAR 52.212-3 shall be submitted with any offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This solicitation will be available via the Internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov. At the home page, select the EPS for Vendors.
