- Description
- Warner Robins Air Logistic Center (WR-ALC) intends to purchase new Scales, Weighing, the following facts apply: NSN: 6670-01-458-2419BA, P/N: 17G113603-1, QTY: 2 ea. The weighing scales are applicable to the C-17 aircraft. No technical data is available for this for this acquisition. The solicitation will be sole source to Intercomp CO (CAGE 7W667), 14465 23rd AVE N, Minneapolis, MN 55447-3438, Justification: 10 U.S.C. 2304 ? (1), only one or a limited number of sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. The contractor's quality control system shall be approved by WR-ALC if other than FAR 52.246-1,2,3,4,5, or 6 is used. CBD notes 22 and 26 apply as well as WR-ALC local note B.
