Description
CODING VALIDATION SERVICES SOL RFP V15-02-0139 DUE 5/30/02 @ 4 PM CST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and the solicitation will be attached to the FEDBIZOPS web site. This procurement is Unrestricted.The applicable NAICS code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the past three years. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). All RFP's are due by May 30, 2002; 4:00 p.m. CST. If mailed, submit to: VA Heartland Network 15, Contracting Officer(10N15-90), Department of Veterans Affairs, 4101 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048. Hand carried, deliver to: VA Heartland Network 15, Contracting Officer (10N15-90) Department of Veterans Affairs, Building 71 Room 303, 4101 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048, Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to perform Technical Assistance and Training to VA personnel. Contractor shall assess and evaluate current VA in-house collections and follow-up practices and procedures. The contractor shall provide advice and assistance to improve productivity and procedures in the form of a report. The contractor shall develop a course curriculum and training materials for VA collections personnel. Contractor-developed training materials are to be retained by the Revenue Officer and will become government property. The contractor shall conduct an 8 hour training course at one location (most likely in the Kansas City area). The course shall be conducted over a two day period such that it begins on the afternoon of the first day and concludes at noon on the second day. The VA shall provide the facilities for the course including projection systems if required by the contractor. The contractor shall provide enough course materials for all participants (approximately 30 individuals). Interested vendors shall provide questions by May 17 to the above address or by e-mail referenced in document. Responses will be provided back by either e-mail or regular mail. Proposals are due by May 30 at 4PM CST. Solicitation is attached to website.
