- Description
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development has a requirement for thirteen (13) parking spaces within 1/10 of a mile of 10 Causeway Street, Boston MA with 24 hours, 7 day a week, all holiday access,self parking and self locking. All spaces are to be interior garage spaces to provide easy access in inclement weather. The performance period will be from approx 6/1/2002 to 5/31/2003, incrementally funded by fiscal year. Interested contractors capable of providing the spaces in accordance with the requirements and with an acceptable record of past performance are requested to submit quote by 05/13/2002. This is a 100% small business set aside with NAICS code 812930 with size standard of $5 million average annual sales. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no written solicitation document will be issued.
