- This is a synopsis for commercial service. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A written solicitation document will be available on this website on or about 1 February 2002. This procurement is restricted and set aside under the Small Business Administrations competitive program with an annual income of $5 million or less. All other firms are eligible to submit offers. The solicitation document, which will be available on this website, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The NAICS code for this project is 561790. The contractor shall provide management, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, labor, vehicles, transportation, and applicable licenses, permits and/or certificates necessary to thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect all HVAC air handling components of all dust, molds, and mildew in Building 2028. Building 2028 is located in a restricted area at Kelly Field Annex, Lackland AFB TX. The contractor shall accomplish the work between the hours 5:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M., per the Statement of Work (SOW) and be escorted within the restricted areas at all times. The complete Statement of Work and list of provisions and clauses can be obtained on this website upon posting. Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery to Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers by fax (210-671-3179) or e-mail (oral offers will not be considered) to, Shirley Harrison. When offer is submitted please ensure to complete and include all pages of clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications. Awards will be based on best value. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by this agency. The tentative due date for all quotes will be by 8 Feb 02, 09:00 A.M.
