- 17. Description: Non-Personal services for leasing 15 4x4 vehicles. Eleven (11) vehicles shall be FORD F-350HD Trucks or Equivalent i.e. (1 Ton) Single wheel rear axle with the following features: Crew Cab 4 Full Doors 8? cargo bed 4x4 on the fly Automatic Transmission with Overdrive Electronically controlled Vinyl Seats 7 Year 100,000 miles Fleet Warranty 7.3 Liter Turbo Diesel engine/ V-8 Speed control Spare tire and rim (Full Size) stored under cargo bed All Tires 16? Radial 10-Ply or better HD Receiver hitch 12,000 Capacity (wired for new 7- prong Bargman RV plug) Air Conditioner (OEM) Rear Bumper AM/FM Radio Off road package 34 Gal Fuel capacity or better Cup Holders GVWR 11,400 LBS or better 105 Amp Alternator Minimums 600 CCA Battery Minimums 4 Wheel Disc Brakes with ABS Rear Locking differential or equivalent Power steering and Brakes Cold Weather package (i.e. Block Heater) 3 complete sets of manuals (Parts, Tech Manuals) All trucks same make and model All other Standard options apply. *Mud flaps are required if rear fender is more than 22 inches from the ground to be Montana state legal. The lease will consist of a basic year with four option years with the option to buy. Solicitation is open to large and small businesses. Solicitation F24604-02-T-0017 will be posted at this web-site or/about 15 Mar 02. These vehicles will be used out of this country and offerors must agree to allow vehicles to go out of country as part of the lease agreement. NAICS code is 532120. All vehicles shall be delivered to Malmstrom AFB, MT 59402-6863 by 30 June 02 Evaluation factors will be the lowest price and technical acceptability . Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award (See Internet site https://ccr.dlsc.dla.mil).
