- Modification is issued to deleted numbered note 26 as it is not applicable. Anticipated Issue Date: 01 May 2002. The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for linen and mat rental & cleaning service at the Fort Gordon Commissary, GA. The items to be acquired under this request for quotation (RFQ) include White Butcher Coats, Colored Smocks, and Floor Mats (various Sizes). Quantities of each item will be identified in the RFQ. The contractor shall be required to provide the items in a variety of sizes. The contractor shall be required to pick up from the commissary a minimum of once each week all soiled garments & mats and drop off clean replacement garments & mats (at the same time). The period of performance will be 1 July 2002 through 30 June 2003, and includes four one-year options. The NAICS code is 812331 and the business size standard is $12 million. This acquisition is un-restricted. All request for a "hard copy" of the RFQ must contain the requestor's name, mailing address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, RFQ number, and must include business size.
