- The Regional Supply Office Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA is issuing a combined Synposis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation# N60191-02-Q-0005 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 2001-05. This is a Small Business Set-Aside SIC Code 3577, Small Business size standards: 1,500 employees. RFQ for the following material: Line item 0001, Universal Fiber Optic Modem, P/N#: 2240-S-430-01-00, 850nm, MM 15dB, LED ST Connector, 120 VAC power supply with 430 Interface: EIA530/DB25, Mfg. Canoga Perkins. RFQ requesting a quote for the Quantity# 40(Forty) each. The point of contact for technical questions: SKC Hunter, 757-433-0028. the provisions at 52.212-1. Instructions to Offerors - Commercial applies to this acquistion. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial items applies to this acquistion. The following evaluation criteria: (1) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; (II) Price, (III) Past performance (In this Order). The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror representations and certifications - Commercial items applies (Offeror is requested to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 with offer. The Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items applies to this acquistion.
