Description: This is a request seeking potential hotels, lodges, resort inns, etc. that have an interest in submitting an offer to provide hotel management services under a lease scenario with the Department of the Navy. The services shall include collection of guest payments for accommodations, housekeeping services, front desk services, minor repairs and maintenance, limited grounds maintenance and possible dining/catering services.
