Description
POC: Tangee Brookie, U. S. Geological Survey, Box 25046, MS-204A, Denver, CO 80225, Telephone: (303) 236-9322, e-mail: tbrookie@usgs.gov The U. S. Geological Survey, Geologic Division, has a requirement for non-personal services involving 1) computer/GIS modeling using ESRI ARC products, 2) petroleum system modeling using IES PetroMod software, 3) final compilation of generated maps and models that will be in formats for digital publication by U. S. Geological Survey personnel, and 4) database support for the purpose of map and model generation. Work will have an emphasis on database/GIS use in defining Total Petroleum Systems and Assessment Units in priority regions and provinces, and developing an associated digital data library; and petroleum system modeling and training of U. S. Geological Survey personnel on the IES PetroMod software package. The work will require one, full-time (40 hours/week) contractor employee for a period of 12 months from date of award. Due to the proprietary nature of the U. S. geological Survey databases and software, 75% or more of the work shall be performed on-site at the U. S. Geological Survey offices located at the Denver Fedeal Center, Denver, Colorado. Interested parties may request a copy of the RFQ by e-mail.
