Description: NA This re-synopsis of the above referenced food service requirement is made to inform interested parties that this requirement is now removed from the category 8(a) Set-Aside and placed in the category Unrestricted. The Randolph-Sheppard Act now applies to this requirement as implemented by Army Regulation 210-25, Vending Facility Program For The Blind On Federal Property. The closing date for offers is extended until 10 June 2002, and other changes concerning evaluation criteria etc., are addressed in Amendment No. 4 to this solicitation.
