This Request for Quote ( RFQ) contains an option clause to extend the contract for four (4) one-year periods; 01 January 2003 thru 31 December 2003, 01 January 2004 thru 31 December 2004, 01 January 2005 thru 31 December 2005, and 01 January 2006 thru 31 December 2006. Award of th is RFQ will be base upon Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered are Past Performance, Experience (Business Experience and Personnel Qualifications), Schedule (Start-up), and Price.
