- This is a combined solicitation synopsis prepared in accordance with the Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation Q0534 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses and NAICS 339113 (SIC 3069) applies, which has a small business size standard of 500.
