Description

This solicitation is an 8(a) set-aside limited to Region 6. The proposed contract is for a basic and four option years. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, vehicles, transportation, equipment, labor, and applicable licenses, permits, and/or certificates necessary to perform Custodial Services in various buildings (listed in the appendices) at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma in a manner that will maintain facilities in a neat and professional appearance as well as contribute to the health and welfare of all employees. Applicable requirements are indoors and out doors. The contractor shall maintain facilities in a clean, sanitary, and orderly working and living environment at all times. The contractor, working in close coordination with facility managers, maintenance personnel, and regular users of spaces, shall maintain and restore facilities to a clean, sanitary, and orderly working and living environment at all times. Cleaning shall include full range of custodial service to include, but not limited to, the following; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, empty and clean ash trays/urns, windows, dusting, disinfecting, descaling, carpet steam cleaning, stripping & waxing, cleaning water fountains, mirrors, glass, interior/exterior window cleaning, cleaning entry ways & mats, stairways, spot cleaning, metal polishing, clean chalkboards, and stock supplies in restrooms & break areas for all Categories ( Cat I, Cat IA, Cat II, and Cat III). The contractor is responsible for providing information to assist in completing background checks for those employees requiring access to Altus AFB. This information shall consist of the following but not limited to full name to include first, middle, and last name, social security number, date of birth, address, driver's license number and state of issue, number of years resident of the State of Oklahoma and Jackson County. This information will be protected under the procedures listed under the Privacy Act of 1974. A background check must be completed prior to unescorted access to the base.
