- Description
- Furnish professional A/E services to prepare construction plans, specifications, and cost estimate for a Monitoring System at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical and Regional Office Center, Togus, Maine. Design work to include, remove and replace the existing Delta 100 Honeywell EMS and Security System with a state of the art system similar to the Honeywell EBI system using DDC controllers and sensors, incorporate a new security video, connect the fire alarm to annunciate through the new system, and other related work. This announcement is restricted to A/E firms in ME, NH, VT, and MA. Firm interested shall submit two copies of Standard Forms 254 & 255 by close of business May 8, 2002 to the Contracting Officer shown above. Estimated Construction Range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Selection criteria will be based on (1) Specialized experience of the firm with similar contracts; (2) Past record of performance on similar contracts; (3) Geographical location and facilities of the work office; (4) Specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to this project. This is not a Request for Proposal. NAICS is 541310 and the size standard is $4.0 million.
