- DESCRIPTION: VELOCITY STENTS. This is a combined symopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part?s 2, 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation : offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 546-40-02. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-05. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 421450. This acquisiton is unrestricted. Furnish and delivery the following velocity stents.
