- RFQ 539-15-02 is hereby modified as follows: "The VA Medical Center (VAMC), Cincinnati Ohio intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Encompass Network Solutions of Cincinnati Ohio for the supply and installation of a Dukane Procare 6000 System and SpectraLink Wireless Phone System for its Critical Care Unit." is changed to read "The VA Medical Center (VAMC), Cincinnati Ohio intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Encompass Network Solutions of Cincinnati Ohio for the supply and installation of the expansion of its existing Dukane Procare 6000 System integrated with SpectraLink Wireless Phone System for its Critical Care Unit."
