- Description
- The United States Marshal Service (USMS) has a requirement for the maintenance, repair, operations and modification of buildings, structures, and utility systems at the USMS hangar and office located at the Will Rodgers World Airport, Oklahoma City, and Oklahoma. The Government has determined the solicitation is 100% set aside for competition of 8(a) firms serviced by the Small Business Administration (SBA) which have the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561790 in their 8(a) business plan. USMS plans to use an Indefinite delivery contract based on firm fixed price line items, using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items. Contract term is for one year with four one-year options. All requests for a copy of the solicitation package must be in writing. Telephones requests will not be honored.
