- The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for crossarms. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 4/30/02 on the following site: http://e-center.doe.gov/. Interested Offerors must e-mail or fax the Contracting Officer to request the specification and applicable drawings. Project specific specifications and drawing will be issued hardcopy. Note: all responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO.
