Description

The Colville National Forest has a requirement for rehabilitation of the Shop building (#9975), located in Colville, Washington. The project consists of: demolition of existing toilet and office, construct new office and toilet including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and finishes, replace windows, paint exterior and re-roof. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools and transportation necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules. The project is procured on an unrestricted basis. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about May 22, 2002. Estimated start work date is on or about July 15, 2002, with a completion date of 45 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Quotes are estimated to be due on June 14, 2002. An Alternate Payment Protection (payment bond) will be required upon award. The NAICS code for this project is 233320. The estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
