- The U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a firm fixed price one year contract on a sole source basis to Standard and Poor's, 2542 Collection Center Dr., Chicago, IL 60693. Standard and Poor's will provide comprehensive coverage for tracking stock reports, industry and investment data, banking, and securities and commodities regulation. Standard and Poor's will also provide access to legal publications, subscriptions, and upkeep services via print and electronic services on a subscription basis. This service will include the following information: S&P's Stock Reports, S&P's Security Dealers of North America, S&P's Basic Investment & Industry Data Shelf, S&P's Standard Corporation Descriptions, S&P's Dividend Record, S&P's Industry Surveys, S&P's Bond Guide, S&P's Monthly Stock Guide, S&P's Daily Stock Price Record for the SYSE and NASDAQ, S&P's Register of Corporations, Review of Banking & Financial Services, Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation, S&P's Statistical Service
