- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) on behalf of the Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS), Peachtree City, GA is seeking a contractor to provide all personnel, supervision, services and equipment necessary to perform school transportation services for the approximately 480 eligible dependent children of DoD personnel residing on the USMA, West Point, New York. These children currently attend the USMA installation schools of West Point Elementary School and West Point Middle School, James O'Neill High School, in Highland Falls, NY and Putnam/Northern Westchester - BOCES, in Yorktown Heights, NY. The Government seeks to award these commercial services for a base period of 1 Oct 02 - 9 Aug 03, with four 1-year options. The proposed procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 485410 and the size standard is $5,000,000. The award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation.
