- Description
- Anticipated Issue Date: May 8, 2002. The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for linen rental/cleaning/exchange at the Edwards AFB Commissary, California. The items to be provided under this request for quotation include white butcher coats, white butcher pants, white bib aprons, and colored smocks. Weekly quantities required for each item will be identified in the request for quotation. The contractor shall be required to provide the items in a variety of sizes. The contractor shall be required to pick up from the commissary a minimum of once each week all soiled garments and drop off clean replacement garments at that time. The period of performance will be July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003, and includes 4 one-year option periods. The NAICS code is 812331 and the business size standard is $12.5 million. This acquistion is unrestricted. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on www.fedbizops.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential Offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ. Requests for paper copies must be in writing and be addressed to Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN CICST Pamela Croll, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia 23801-1800. All requests for a paper copy of the RFQ document must contain the requestor's name, address, phone number, fax number, Request for Quotation number, and must include business size.
