- Janitorial Services and Minor Maintenance at the Federal Building/Courthouse, Bryson City, NC, Federal Building/Courthouse, Asheville, NC, and Federal Building, Asheville, NC. Provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment for Janitorial and minor Mechanical Maintenance Services for the above three facilities. Anticipated issue date is May 28, 2002. Term of contract is October 1, 2002 through September 31, 2003. Includes option to extend contract for two (2) additional 24 month periods. This is a 100% Hubzone Set-aside and competition is restricted to Hubzone certified firms. NAICS Code is 561720.
