- NA The work under this procurement consists of: (1) Replacing approximately 9,450 square feet of insulation, roofing, and flashing; (2) Replacing 600 square feet of roofing and insulation damaged by a steam vent of the kitchen; (3) Installing 350 square feet of new roofing over the South Stairwell Tower; and, (4) Replacing and resealing 70 linear feet of roof-to wall flashing along the east side of the east Baugh Conference Room wall. The NAICS Code for this work is 235610. This requirement is being solicit ed as a 100% total small business set aside. The Government anticipates awarding one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The magnitude of this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. A contractor must be properly registered in the Central Contract Regist er (CCR). To register, go to the CCR website: www.CCR2000.gov. Requests to be placed on the solicitation list must be on company letterhead and faxed to (706) 787-6573. The solicitation will be made available approximately May 20, 2002.
