- NA Provide hotel/motel room for cadets of the US Military Academy. Rooms will be needed within reasonable driving distance to Fort Campbell, KY. Contractors will need to be listed in the National Master List of Fire Safe Hotels and Motels, per the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 (PL101-391). Rooms will need to be standard double bed rooms. 10 rooms will be needed for an arrival date of 1 June 2002 with a departure date of 20 June 2002; 22 rooms will be needed for an arrival date of 3 June 2002 with a departure date of 2 July 2002; 21 rooms will be needed for an arrival date of 8 July 2002 with a departure date of 9 August 2002; and 10 rooms will be needed for an arrival date of 22 July 2002 with a departure date of 7 August 2002. Request for Quotat ion (RFQ) DAAG60-02-T-0166 will be issued on 29 April 2002 with offers due by 22 May 2002. Copies of the solicitation may be requested from the Contract Specialist via e-mail or facsimile. The SIC code applicable to this procurement is 7011 with a size s tandard of $6 Million. To be eligivle for award, offerors must be on the National Master List of Fire Safe Hotels and Motels and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be conside red.
