All Offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The only approved source is Boe ing/McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company (8V613), 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in o rder to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Source Approval Request (SAR) information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and maybe adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation.
