NA 17. ****ATTENTION**** FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO CASTENE BASHAM. You may fax of mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, Castene Basham, Contracting Officer, FAX Number (256) 842-7638. No telephone request will be accepted. PRON: AX149397AX, NSN: 1615-01-152-2358; Quantity: 140 each, Part Number: 70351-08085-044, NOUN: Cover Accessory, Liner, applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk Airframe. This item is restricted due to urgency to The Purdy Corporation (Vendor Code 15152) and Sikorsky Corporation (Vendor Code 78286), whom first article has been waived. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery each 360 days after contract award (DACA). Documentation is adequate for full and open competiti on; however, acquisition of this item from any other source than The Purdy Corporation and Sikorsky Corporation would require First Article submission and testing. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to al low a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the government. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency.
