- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAHA06-02-Q-0010 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Ac quisition Circular 97-27. This proposed contract is unrestricted. The Connecticut Army National Guard has the requirement for one rock climbing wall. The portable rock climbing wall will have the following minimum specifications: one piece fiberglass w all with enclosed rounded top; shell is ? to 3/8 in thick sculpted as like real rock; granite in color; base structure is 4?x4?x1/4? square tube; shell inner structure is made of 2?x2?x3/16? angle; outriggers are of 3?x3?x1/4? square tube; height will be 2 5 ft; width will be 8 ft 6 in; trailer will be made of aluminum and have dual electric brakes; outriggers slide in and out of the side of the trailer; lift system should be 12 volt hydraulic system with handheld controller and two batteries; electric mot or and battery should be sealed in an aluminum box to resist corrosion; a utility box and spare tire included; including 100 handholds, 75 are pre installed with allen-head bolts, nuts, lock washers, and fender washers; including 6 harness; 3 extreme engin eering hydraulic belays, auto belays are included; tanks have hydrolator, purifier, or some mechanism to separate oil fro air; one year warrantee to cover defective parts; structure should meet or exceed climbing wall industry group standards; with on-sit e training in operation procedures; pull weight of trailer and wall 4300 pounds; climbing wall weight 2100 pounds. The Acquisition will be FOB Destination with delivery and acceptance point at HHD STARC 360 Broad St, Hartford, Connecticut 06105. Deliver y date shall be within 30 days of receipt of order. Award will be based on price. The provisions of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations, applies to this RFQ. A completed and signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with all offers.
