Description
The USAFE Contracting Squadron encourages all potential offerors to participate in our Pre-Solicitation/Site Visit/Industry Day at Incirlik, Turkey to be held on or around the 18th of June 2002. All interested parties must obtain a country clearance before the site visit. Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3 per company) to the point of contact for assistance with said clearance Ms Glenda Burns in Incirlik, Turkey. You may contact Ms Burns by any of the following means: commercial number from the states (0090) 322-316-3991, fax (0090) 322-316-7581, or e-mail Glenda.burns@incirlik.af.mil. The following information is required to Ms. Burns no later than 10 May 2002 in order to meet the required clearance processing time: NAME, RANK OR TITLE, DATE OF BIRTH, PLACE OF BIRTH, US CITIZEN??..YES OR NO, SSN OR PASSPORT #, SECURITY CLEARANCE, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATE, LOCATION OF VISIT and PURPOSE OF VISIT. Confirmed dates and additional information on the Site Visit-Industry Day will be provided later. This notice also serves to express the Governments intention to solicit for Base Maintenance Services to be performed at Incirlik, Izmir and Ankara, Turkey. Functional areas include: Program Management, Civil Engineering, Food Services, Vehicle Management and Maintenance Services, Traffic Management Services, Ground Fuels Services, Reservation Assistance Services, and U.S. Military Customs Services. NOTE: U.S. SECRET facility clearance will be required. Draft statements of work for Base Maintenance Services in Turkey and a Market Survey Questionnaire will be issued in the near future through this media.
