Description
Synopsis: This is a SOLE SOURCE fixed-price repair for AIRFOIL INDICATOR NSN 5826-00-948-1992, P/N 103265 and RADIO BEACON DISPENSER NSN 5826-00-103-1454, P/N 106-066 applicable to the AN/URT-26 System. The basic quantity is 12EA for the AIRFOIL INDICATOR and 4ea for the RADIO BEACON DISPENSER. The approximate solicitation post date is 15 May 2002. The buyer is Jason J. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage code Number, Size of Business pursuant to NAICS code. Sole Source to: INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISES INC. CAGE 50218. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
