- PR NR: FD2020-02-65202. The purpose of this PR is to obtain a sole source repair contract for one routine priority requirement in support of the AN/FPS-108 Technical Sensors Radar (498L). Item 0001 NSN: 5840-01-236-9383IX, Noun: Modulator, Radar, P/N: 115994-1, Appl: AN/TPS-63. Ship to: Hill AFB, UT. Del sched: 2 weeks after receipt of order (ARO) or after receipt of repairable (ARR) whichever is sooner. The anticipated award date will be 29 MAY 2002. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: BAE Systems Aerospace Inc, Greenlawn Ny 11740 1606. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
