- Description
- The Human Systems Program Office, 311 HSW/YA, intends to issue a modification on an existing sole source contract to Mustang Survival, Vancouver, BC, Canada. The justification for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The proposed contract action is for delivery of thirty (30) test suits for use in completion of the test program for Advanced Technology Anti-G Suit (ATAGS). The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources shall submit information which clearly demonstrates their ability to provide this item. This information must be received by the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this announcement. A determination not to compete the proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
