- This solicitation is for the following service and is reserved for small businesses only. 1. Cutoff tube below dent/crack 2. Repair tube with new weld of tubing 3. Stress relieve the weld IAW specification ST0107LA0020 and amendment ST0111LA0009B 4. Return to a uniformed original hardness as per specification 5. Swedge on new fitting 6. Pass final inspection with Defense Contract Management Command ispectors at your facility.
