- This pre-solicitation notice was originally posted on March 17, 2002. However, due to some problems it was removed from the system and is hereby posted again without changes affecting the original conditions. USAID/El Salvador anticipates the award of a cost reimbursement contract for the Democratic Local Government Project (DLGP) in order to enhance the participation of the Salvadoran people in the local democratic process and to improve the capacity of local governments to respond to consituents in selected municipalities.
