Description

The U. S. Government is performing a space rental analysis in the following area: North: I40 East: McCrory Creek West: Briley Parkway South: Murfreesboro Road This is to determine prevailing rental rates in relation to proposed lease for approximately 2,150 rentable square feet of office and related space. The proposed lease need is for a lease term beginning on or about June 1, 2002, with the lessor providing fully serviced space to include required alterations. The term of the lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location unless there is an alternate site of equal space, location and quality at an economic advantage to the Government INCLUDING all upfiting costs, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and agencies' special requirements.
