- NA The list of contractors who attended the DAMT01-02-R-0036 pre-solicitation conference has been posted. The first series of responses to submitted questions and concerns has been posted, too. Instructions for accessing the documents; 1)Go to MTMC website at www.mtmc.army.mil 2)Click on the Business Center tab. 3)Click on the Solicitations link. 4)Scroll down until you find Household Goods NTS in the left margin then click on the +, in front of the link. 5)You should be able to find Conference Attendees and Qestions/Concerns -If these links are not displayed at this point, click on Draft Solicitation. Check the left margin and the links should have appeared.
