Description

NA Headquarters, Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) intends to release Request for Proposals (RFP) DAMT01-02-R-0059 on or about June 1, 2002. MTMC expects to award a three-year fixed price, requirements contract for Stevedoring and Related Terminal S ervices, at Ports of Beaumont, Corpus Christi and Port Arthur, Texas for the MTMC 842nd U.S. Army Transportation Battalion, Beaumont TX, for Department of Defense sponsored cargo. The anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2003 through December 3 1, 2005. This requirement is advertised on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only via the Internet World Wide Web at the below URL. Hard copies will not be available. http://www.mtmc.army.mil/frontDoor/0,1383,OID=5--30---,00.html A pre-proposal conference will be held in Beaumont TX. The exact date, time and location will be posted on the MTMC web site prior to the conference date.
