Description

Successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct a new Glennallen Field Office. The requirement consists of a Base Bid and 2 Additives. The Base Bid consists of the building a 2,374 square foot building with associated decks, utilities and sitework. Additive 1 will consist of an office extension of 960 square feet, and Additive 2 will consist of a break room and exercise room extension of 360 square feet. The building is of wood frame on post and pad substructure, with gangnail wood trusses, sheet metal siding and log siding. Work is located in Glennallen, Alaska. Price Range $500,000 - $1,000,000.
