- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit for a Side Scan Sonar tow system using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12. The following is a partial list of performance requirements - the winch system shall be capable of 5,000 lbs line pull at bare drum, 200fpm haul in speed at mid drum, with an electro-active level wind, local and remote control, and two auxiliary close centered valves with "no drip" stainless steel quick disconnect hydraulic fittings for future use. Complete performance requirements/specifications will be provided with the solicitation. Delivery of the required system shall take place 18 weeks after contract award. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 10, 2002 via the web site provided. No telephone calls for the solicitation will be accepted. Numbered Note 1 applies.
