- Description
- This acquisition is set-aside for Indian owned and controlled concerns in accordance with the BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C. 47). The project consists of construction of approximately 843/LM Sewer Main, 200mm; Removal and replacement of 1/EA Sewer Manhole; 35/LM Sewer Main Repair-200mm; Renovation of approximately 42 Manholes; 12/EA Connections to Existing Manholes; 14/EA Sewer Service Wye (200mm by 100mm); 50/LM Sewer Service Pipe (100mm); Repairs to 2/EA Sewer Service Wye; Repair/Relocation of approximately 10/LM of Sewer Service Lateral; 385/LM of 200mm PVC Water Main; 2,240 LM of 150 mm PVC Water Main; 10/EA 150mm connections to Existing Water Main; 1/EA 50mm connection to Existing Water Main; 1/EA Gate Valve (200mm); 19/EA 150mm Gate Valves; Removal of 5/EA existing Gate Valves; 11/EA Fire Hydrant Assembly; 6/EA Fire Hydrant Isolation Valve (150mm); 1.5/LM Fire Hydrant Extension; 10/EA Removal of existing Fire Hydrant Assembly; 9/EA 50mm Water Service Connection; 37/EA 25mm Water Service Connection; 10/EA Water Meter Assembly (50mm); 18/EA Water Meter Assembly (25mm); 10/LM repair/relocation of Water Service Lateral; 50/LM of Encasement Pipe; 2800/LM of Seeding; 700/LM Asphaltic Resurfacing; 20/LM Concrete Resurfacing; 25 LM Gravel Resurfacing and all necessary appurtenances for a complete and operational system, which is located on the Spokane Indian Reservation, Wellpinit Community, Stevens County, Washington. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 120 calendar days. The estimated range is between $500,000 and $1,00,000. BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLIES. Indian Preference in hiring, suppliers and subcontractors is required, including meeting Spokane Tribal Employment Ordinances.
