- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-02-Q-0168 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 as well as DCN 20020314. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is sole source to University of Louisville, Louisville, KY. University of Louisville has a Program for the Center of Engineering Logistics and Distribution associated with microwave technologies. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 - Service For Studies and Analyses in accordance with Statement of Work which is available at https://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/announce.htm. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 18 weeks after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC CRANE. Selection for award will be based on price and past performance. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
