- Description
- The US Army TACOM-ARDEC at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for the implementation of a Marketing Action Plan in support of the Office of the Project Manager for Mines, Countermin and Demolitions (OPM-MCD). This action is a follow on effort to previously awarded contracts. The Government intends to award this potential Small Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Duffey Communications, Atlanta, GA 30326.
